Easy Coffee Brewing Tips
When brewing coffee there’s a couple of tips that will help you get a good cup of coffee. It’s quite easy, and not very time consuming, to follow these tips:
- Make your your coffee maker is clean, rinse it in hot water before you brew your coffee.
- Use plenty og coffee, at least 2-2½ tablespoons of of ground beans per cup unless your coffeemaker specifies something else.
- Use fresh water, if the tapwater in you area isn’t good, then consider bottled water for your coffee making.
- Use hot water, not boiling water. A temperature of 96 degrees Celsius(200F) is the right temperature. Lower will give you a weaker tasting cup of coffee and boiling water will give a really bitter cup of coffee.
- Don’t let your coffee sit on the burner too long, always use a thermos or a Vacuum flask to store your coffee after brewing it.
- Never try to reheat your coffee or boil it. You will get a very bitter tasting cup of coffee.
